By creating an account on IslandCast242.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
We provide access to premium streaming content via two primary payment methods:
PayPal Payments: Access is granted instantly upon successful completion of the transaction.
Bank Transfers (CIBC/FCIB): Access is processed manually. Users must send a clear screenshot of the transfer confirmation to our official WhatsApp support line. Please allow 1 to 24 hours for verification and manual account activation.
Eligibility: New users are entitled to one (1) Free Trial for a duration of 2 days.
Abuse Filter: Creating multiple accounts or using alternative email addresses to exploit the Free Trial system is strictly prohibited.
Penalties: Accounts found to be in violation of the trial policy will be subject to immediate termination and a permanent IP ban.
Final Sale: Due to the digital nature of our streaming content and the provision of a Free Trial, all sales are final.
No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for payments made via PayPal or Bank Transfer under any circumstances, including device incompatibility or change of mind.
Trial Period: We strongly urge all customers to utilize the 2-Day Free Trial to ensure the service meets their expectations and functions correctly on their hardware before committing to a paid plan.
Single-Household Use: Your account is for personal, non-commercial use within a single household.
Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with third parties is prohibited. System-detected concurrent logins from multiple locations may result in automatic account suspension without a refund.
Streaming Quality: Minimum internet speeds are required for high-definition playback. IslandCast242.com is not responsible for buffering issues caused by local ISP throttling or insufficient user bandwidth.
Contact: All support requests, including payment receipts for Bank Transfers, must be directed to our official WhatsApp Support or via Email.
Payment Disputes: Initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account and hardware ID.
